I have replaced mine twice, my car is a daily driver although it isn't driven much. My long time experience is that 5 years is enough for a given battery and a new one is cheap insurance.

That's about as much life as I've typically gotten out of batteries in my daily drivers too; maybe a little more but not much.

My 2 Thunderbirds are more like weekend toys.
