Took my PCR bird for a top down ride around Lake Mauripas yesterday. Beautiful day for a ride. Came home with a "Lamp out" warning on the dash. Appears the left rear turn signal bulb has died. Plan to change all the rear bulbs today as I think the failure is age related.

From the hood it is either a '62 or '63, but by the grill I think '62.
How did I do Dave, did my T-bird trivia spotting hold up?

It's not a recipe I just wet an old kitchen sponge, you know those little post card sized rectangles and just pour some white vinegar on it. OUTSIDE. Then rub it all over the inside of the window and dry it off. Sometimes it works better if you are out in the sunlight so it shows the areas you miss on he first try.

A few members of our Sooner Thunderbird Car Club and some guests from Arkansas and Texas (many of us are TBN members including guests Bill Green, Dot and George Lang, and Dave Egan), traveled the Talimena National Scenic Byway in southern Oklahoma and Arkansas. It was a sunny day in the 60s so several of us were enjoying our tops being down. Unfortunately, the foliage was a bit of a disappointment as the bright sun washed out the colors along the way. But after the state dealt with a lot of cold rain and an ice storm earlier in the week, we were very thankful for what we got.

That was a good event. It has been too long since I have been in the middle of a bunch of Thunderbirds driving through the hills. Thanks to the OKC Thunderbird club for letting s few Texans join the parade!
