Put "goldie" 050TBRD to bed last weekend, put her winter cover on today and said goodnight. Sad to say we didn't cover many miles together this year but will dream all winter of things to do next summer. Sure hope 21 is better than 20, if I remember correctly it was, when thinking about age. See you in the Spring.....................
We put the Nieman Marcus and the Thunderbird Blue on the road today. We took the Nieman Marcus a mile high with the top down to see the leaves. Temperature dropped to 52 degrees.

Gave Roadie a bath and drove over to the North Texas Mustang Club's Cruise the Cruise the Square event in Flower Mound, TX. There were a flock of late 60's/early 70's Oldsmobile 442's there but my favorites were a 1962 Tbird convertible well into the process of a nice restoration and gorgeous Lincoln Continental Mark II.
Put the hard top on today, nice fall day for a drive on some of the back roads. All ready for winter storage come months end. I sure hope that they open the Canada / US boarder next year, I have missed traveling in the Thunderbird this past summer.
