When I pulled my instrument cluster I had the steering ass'y covers off anyway so I lubed up the screws and sliders for the "tilt/extend" function...it made a noticeable difference in operation - they were pretty dry.

You might do likewise if you're worried about it and leave the fuse alone.

HI , I want to delete the automatic tilt on the steering wheel and leave it in a fixed position ?

Only your Ford dealer can do it correctly. Pay (leteraly) your dealer a visit and hook up to his Integrated Diagnostic System (IDS). Tell the tech to look under memory seats in the menu to disable the exit auto retract. That way you will still have the manual electric adjustment available.
