Here's the thing....I've got a great mechanic but he's been tied up putting an addition on his house.

I never got to meet my paternal grandfather as his died years before my birth. He was working under his car which slipped off a jack and crushed him. I don't go underneath cars.

Hi ''Ladybird''...remember me ?... I bought my Borla's from you early this spring and really like them! The light rumble and also excellent fit are #1 ! I installed them with a friend, putting the car on a lift and believe it or not, it only took 20 minutes!!

I'm too frugal to shell out $700 for Borla's but wanted a little more sound effect, so I visited my local muffler shop--had them eliminate the two resonatorsl. Sounds just right and cost me only $50.00!! Also had them cut off the short tips and replace them with 3" chrome tips which protrude about 1" out from the rear facia. The Bird now looks like it really has duals !!Cost--another $50.00.

Hi Julie,
Got the Borla's today along with a cap.Thank you for all your help. I now have to find someone to install them. I will keep you up to date. I called one muffler shop and he said" why would you want all that noise"....so I guess I won't be using that shop.
