Rick, My car has the original ralley wheels which are 15", the spare is the same.
Makes me want to find a copy of "Thunderbolt and Lightfoot".
It's a shame that when you say, "Trans Am" the first thing most folks think of are the late 70s versions popularized by Burt Reynolds.
The really beautiful versions are the cars like yours, IMO.
IMO, Those early, Chrome Bumper, Trans Ams are probably the "prettiest" cars the General ever built. Coming from a Corvette Guy that's a tough one to admit.

Chicken on the hood. Was a good car. That 455 would run.
Than came a 6.6 and finally a fuel injected 305, that 305 was
a dark cloud for a Trans Am. Dont see many of the 70-74 at
shows. Took ""Smokey"" to really get the sales going on the cars.
