I wonder how the gold would look on a Merlot with sand. Was thinking of a red stripe when tires need to be changed

Is the Gold more of an Orange, as it appears in the pic? I'm thinking it might clash with my Bronze ...

Those pictures look like they come from Vogue's website:

            http://www.voguetyre.com/

The Vogue's I've seen all appear to be more yellow than orange. If you poke around their website you will see both colors. If the colors there are correct, it appears that the tires that say Vogue on them are orange and the plain "gold wall" is yellow.

            Note:

Vogue did not think enough of our cars to list us on their site.

Yep, your right about the color Wes. Mine are a mustard yellow color. They are definitely not gold. When I first put them on, I didn't care for the look, but it has grown on me and I think they look good now.

When I put them on ,back in 04, I sent a few pics to Vogue. That's as far as that got. They never made the site.

I had my Bird pinstriped in the same color as the gold/mustard in the tires.
In my opinion ,I think it looks fine.

That looks sharp, Ron, you coordinated the color.

Thanks, Wes and Mike, you helped me make the decision NOT to get those tires - waaay too busy for mine (that is with everything else), plus the color would clash. The ones I really like are with the thin RED stripe, like Lisa put on her WW with red accents - how sharp was that! She has the perfect combo.

THANKS FOR ALL THE REPLIES, GUYS.
I AM INTERESTED IN THE SKINNY WHITE WALL SHOWN IN JAB02LHS'S POST OF JANUARY 2. MY CAR IS A WHITE 03 WITH WHITE PARTIAL INTERIOR, AND I AM TRYING TO JUST STAY WITH A WHITE ONLY (NO GOLD) TIRE. I HAVE SEEN THE DIAMONDBACKS WIDE WHITEWALL, AS WELL AS THE VOGUES WITH A GOLD/WHITE SIDEWALL. JUST INTERESTED IN SEEING THE SKINNY WHITE WALL ON ONE OF OUR RETROBIRDS. BASED ON A QUICK SEARCH OF PAST POSTS, I WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND PIX OF ANYONE USING THE SKINNY WW. HAS ANYONE SEEN OR MOUNTED THIS SKINNY WHITE STRIPE ONLY TIRE?

I've added a red pinstripe to my Cashmere and plan on putting thin stripe redwalls on next time I change tires. I like the red on the Cashmere, I've been meaning to post a new photo in my gallery with the red pinstripe.

Lisa, mctbird02, has those tires. Perhaps if you contact her or check her gallery. They look fantastic on her white and red T-Bird! They would look great on your Bird, as well.

Hi all,I own a 2002 bird .Red ,black hard top,and I also have the skinny white wall tires. My old lady dodged a deer and tore the white wall on the tire.So I have been trying to find a set and it seems they dont exist. The white wall is approx 1/4 inch wide.and no other color [Mustard].I can post a pic on mon ,as im out of town. After reading a bunch of forems ,I can see this will be a site I would enjoy hanging out at.Any leads I will follow ,as I love the look of that skinny white wall.
