Paul, I absolutely agree with you. Connie and I talk many times about the great adventures we have taken in all 48 states but nothing compares to that special day at Capitol Reef NP. The DVD still sits by the Blue Ray waiting for another ride down the canyon. Paul and Bill, thanks for sharing your thoughts.

      You got that RIGHT!
Capitol Reef NP was the BEST!
      Dusty, Yes!
Just an unbelievable trip down the canyon and back!

It was a ball filming you, Pat & Connie.
      Best DVD ever!

Wish I had taken a picture of the white bird after parking it in the soupy muddy field at Hershey last fall - especially after almost getting stuck - wasn't a pretty sight

Yuck....I can't even imagine. I didn't leave Dearborn last Summer until the pavement was dry. Under side of car has never seen water.

When I got home I went to the self serve car wash and power sprayed the wheel wells and underside and then went home and took the wheels off and had it on jackstands and spent about 3 hours on the underside - good as new

BTW, Thunderbirds are not good in the mud LOL

I sat 7 hours one time in the 5k mile Reatta conv that had never been driven in the rain waiting for the roads to dry - thankfully I had my iPad & iPhone with me for entertainment

Paul, I grew up in the area and have family there. I would have stayed until the the forecast was clear all the way back to GA. I have taken a few OCD tests and my scores indicate that my obsessive and/or compulsive tendencies are well above the "normal" range.

I don't think we have to see the official results to agree with the assessments.

I don't know whether more than one is allowed, but here are two from North Carolina Battleship Thunder in 2009. I believe that's Rusty's MSG behind me.
