    Well my car is an 03 with the black/white interior and I've got 'LIMITED EDITION' on my fenders from a '97 Bird. Hoping to see some birds today at the Peterson Auto Museum here in LA. My good friend here is going to fire up his new Z06 for the ride now that it's quit raining..I'll be thinking of Ray!

      Just before a down pour I spotted a Neiman Marcus with the vanity tag "FinerThings" (or something similar) in Knoxville.

        I have not heard of one in Knoxville, but you never know. If one made its way to Elizabethton, one might have ended up in Knoxville.

          FinerThings = 11 characters. That's a huge number of characters for any current USA license plate. Maybe it was a novelty plate on the front? ----Will

            Well Peterson Auto Museum didn't have any Thunderbird s. But at the entrance was an early 50's black Ferrari that Ford bought to model the Thunderbird from. The egg crate grill looked a lot like our retros grill! Since being here in LA with its 10 Million people I've personally only spotted one a blue 02 that looked rough....

              Had my red 02, top down, up and down Mars Hill Rd in Acworth, GA today. Saw a light blue with hardtop at a crossroads, got a wave.

                Today I saw a black retro and a lot of banners with LA PHIL on them! I know Rusty that was for the LA Philharmonic. I'm hoping to hook up next week with 'our' LA Phil in Palm Springs. LA is sure high density!

                  Seeing a retro around here is still pretty common; but I saw an unusual one yesterday pull into Wal Mart. A young girl in a VMG with a college parking sticker pulled in ahead of us. It was the most beat up run daown looking one I have ever seen. It had a lot of T.C add ons that had been on awhile, and looked like it may have been a nice car when daddy bought it for her. The front end was really busted up like she had hit something multiple times.

                  I just looked at Dot's site and it was Thunderbird Blue; Geez I"n glad Spence didn't see it.

                        Whisper White, top down @ 4:40 today, East Arcola Rd., Collegeville PA going west bound. First white one I have seen in the area. I know there another black one besides mine, and a torch red (along with a Thunderbird Blue which is wife's).

                          Silver bird, top up, New York Plates, mm 33 south bound on I95 in Virginia at 2:24 this afternoon
                          . This was the first ever silver bird I have seen.

                            Omaha Neb, Friday afternoon about 2:30. Going east on I80 in town, spotted a black 'Bird that looked to be an '02. It too was headed east.
