Every chance we get. We have two Retros, sorta like his and hers, both sitting in the garage with the tops down, ready to go. Had the Merlot out today

I have a long commute to work (66 miles, one way) so I have a Fusion for the daily drive. But, I take the T-Bird about once per week. Bought it in 2012 with 10,000 miles on it and now have 36,000.

My Dart would blow the doors off a 289 Falcon. Mostly because the suspension was so poor. I thought they were great looking cars and had a lot of potential,,, but Ford was all about their beloved Mustang.

Second car was a '63 Falcon Sprint 4 speed convertible purchased for $2002 in 1965. Was a v8 but if memory serves it was a 260 c.i. (??). Cousin owned a 273 c.i. Dart and it would as Ron said blow the doors off of the Falcon.

Fun 'lil car. Passed on one in the mid '90s for about $5,000 which in retrospect was a mistake.

Right ,,, the first V8 Falcon was a 260 but in'65 they put the Mustang 289 set up in it and the Caliente I remember racing those cars on the streets of Orlando and being amazed at how much the front end rose up (a lot) before the car moved, and I was gone.

Not every day like I want, but I do try to drive her at least once a week. Now with the nice weather coming on I should get out more often.

Luckily I live in California and mine is a daily driver except when it rains.

A lot of folks forget about the 221 CI V8 used in the 62 Fairlanes prior to the 260's. Comets started using the 289 V8 in 63 well ahead of the Mustang.

Usually once a month except spring & fall when weather is perfect we do 3 - 4 times a month.

Was a daily driver until we bought a Buick Cascada 2 months ago. Now....with a car show or 2 or 3 every week here in SW Florida , it gets driven about once a week. Have just under 19,000 miles on her after buying it in September of 2015 in Madison, Wisconsin with 5,900 miles on it.

If your car has Goodyear Eagles - they are not original. Probably a good thing since 15 year old tires aren't the safest way to get around.
