I will post the TOTM for Aug. 2018 contest tomorrow but if things do not pick up by the end of the year we will be doing away with this part of TBN. I only have three entrants for the Aug. contest. Over time interest in this has declined.

Spence, that makes sense, but as soon as I get my car back from the bodyshop, I'll submit a photo. I'm a newish member, and would be happy to sneak in before the deadline. Just mailed in my check for a club grille badge yesterday, by the way. -

Folks, don't let apathy ruin a long standing tradition on TBN. Please take a few minutes of your time now and then to send Spence a photo. You never know, you may be the next winner.
Seems like the least we can do for all the benefit we get from TBN.21 years, 174K miles, 48 States X 2 & DC, 9 Canadian provinces, 8 European countries, 3 Caribbean Islands, 3 Hawaiian Islands, 100+ National Park locations, 150+ T-bird events, 190+ retrobird diecasts/models, 13 TOTM pics & some very special friends...THANKS TBN !Comment

It would be interesting to know how many different TBN members have won TOTM. I have a poster that I got from TBN called "Thunderbirdnest 'Wall of fame' 2008 which I have on the wall of my "man cave" (home office acually). My "Annie is 3 from the left and 7 down. The voters are usually the people who have won at least once and it isn't easy to get the most votes. I will try to enter some other pictures again, if only to keep this grand tradition going. IF TBN is going to survive it is up to all of us to work at it.sigpicComment

Even if the results for keeping TOTM are low it would be a terrible shame to let it go. TOTM is one of the cornerstones of the TBN site, making the Home page attrative. Removing a cornerstone of anything usually weakens the whole structure.
