Mine is 4175 295/700. There seems to be no number sequence.

I've noticed how off the glove box serial numbers are from the vin order. Looks more like they were in a parts bin and it was happenstance as to which serial number went into which glovebox.

I have a friend who works on the T-bird line at Wixom. He said he put the dash in for 007/700 but he does not know where it went after that. I bet Ford owns it. He also said that 007 was built several days into the 007 run so they were not built in sequence.

I looked under the car after I had it for three weeks to see how nice the Jag and LS suspension looked. The first thing I saw was rust fingers a inch long coming out of the bottom of the transmission pan. I took it back to the dealer and put it on a lift. There was salt everywhere. I took a handful from atop of the trans brace. The starter was white as was the floor and frame rails. All the brake and gas lines were crystal coated. I found out The Wixom plant had driven it for a 40 mile test drive in a snow storm and did not wash the bottom. It then sat on the dealer lot for 4 months. Ford replaced the Trans pan but that was as far as they would go. I had never planned to drive this car in the rain let alone snow. I bought this car as a collector item and planned to keep it forever. I had to take Ford to arbitration and won the case. They had to buy the car back and I went down to Cincinnatti 2 weeks ago to buy another one. (yes I checked this one first!) I have photos if anyone is interested.

Hi david, last 4 # of my VIN 5288. Serial #365 for 007 model

My guess is the missing 6 cars are thesame 6 they used for the movie and promotion.
