There's a tech problem with this poll....I get the message that I have already voted on this poll and I have NOT. Jerry says he didn't vote for me. (I believe him)......

I vote yes here, but can't log my vote on the poll.

She forgot...really, she just wanted to vote again. Gotta watch her like a hawk. She gets two votes in every decision we make at home, too.

                    Toooo coooool...

I like the medallions!!!!! The first ones I saw was in '73 in Holland on a Rolls Royce... I was more impressed with the medallions than I was with the Rolls!

Gotta be chrome... no brass... and not too busy... simple like the Oldsmobile Club medallion.

I can't do the letters but I thought it would be a good idea to have the five original retro colors incorporated into the medallion. The letters could be yellow... Thunderbird Nest? Anyone with a program that will allow you to put letters around the medallion in the black area? How about fixing this jpg up and reposting...

how about a set of silver wings with blue inset set on a silver [chrome]
oval backround with thunderbirdnest on the top and something else on the bottom. i think all those colors are a little busy and will cost extra
im still looking for the horn insets which would look fine on a chrome oval... there must be a way to get them cheap.

                          Jerry,

Did you talk to the Classic TBird Group? They have a medallion for their group. It looks good, but I don't remember what it was made from.

I recently heard from JerryP and he had a great idea. To have a miniature copy, about 2" in diameter, of our hub cover that has the bird emblem on it. Then around it, the words, Thunderbirdnest.com
This could be a #8 mirror finish SS Steel or a heavier metal that is chrome plated.
