I am not an expert like Quickdraw (Harry), but I do believe there were 13 IG's made without the SST and with the color combo of the photo (including partial white interior). Dot or Harry can correct this info if I'm wrong. I believe there were only 3 (of the 82) made with the SST tranny in that color combo (including partial white interior).

While the one I owned (and sold to Dave) did have the SST, I VERY seldom drove it in the manual mode, and really only used the manual shift mode significantly when I was trying to determine the cause of its tranny issues (the slipping occurred in the SST mode, which indicated it was not an electronics issue, but a hardware issue in the tranny itself - which proved to be true).

I used the select shift at times when slowing down on steep grades, primarily when I was out west on various trips. In Charleston where hills are rare (it is the Lowcountry) it is pretty useless. I f you want quick shifting you are much better off in the full automatic mode, particularly if your accelerator is on the floorboard. :-)

I never drove the 02 or the 05 at WOT. But then, most of my driving was in town, and you can only go so fast in school zones.

There were 28 Inca's with the partial white interior. There were 12 without the SST, and only four partial white without the SST. There were three Inca's with white hardtop, partial white interior, and no SST. VIN# 109324 was ordered and sold by Earl Tindol in Gastonia, NC and the other one, 107872 was ordered and sold by Maroone Ford Of Margate, Margate, FL and originally did not have a hardtop.

How many IG's left Ford, Harry, with the SST tranny in partial white interior and white hardtop? I understood there were only three that came from factory with that configuration.

I was told the elderly couple that sold both these IG's to Ballentine Ford originally bought them both as resales...the partial white they owned first (think they bought it in 2006 or 07) and the all IG with black ink they bought in November 2011. The carfax reports seem to support that story.

There were only seven incas with white hardtops, all seven of those had the partial white interior. Four of these had the SST and three did not.
There were 28 incas with the partial white interior, 17 had inca hardtops, four had no hardtops, and seven had the white hardtops.
Of the 82 incas, 12 did not have SST's.
Of the 82 incas 21 had 16 spoke machined wheels, nine had 16 spoke painted wheels, 52 had 7 spoke chrome wheels.

These two did not have boots, 1FAHP60A25Y106958 (no hardtop, standard black interior, no SST, 7 spoke chrome wheels, no boot) and 1FAHP60A15Y10776 (white hardtop, partial white interior, SST, 7 spoke chrome wheels). While the first of these may have not wanted the boot, you can bet the second guy didn't get one due to an oversight.

                                $125 on my window sticker.

Double that if it had to bought from the Ford dealer as an aftermarket.
