I agree. It would look awesome the other way around as well......dark blue pearl body and MSB hardtop. Both are beautiful colors. I bet the dark blue pearl hardtop would be gorgeous on a Light Ice Blue Bird too.

What I like about the Vouges is that they have a raised black bumper protecting the white and gold stripes against curb scuffs where as the Diamond backs do not,so you have to be extra careful dot to damage them while parking next to a curb.
Just thought I'd throw in a photo of the Vouge tire on a 17" Dayton wire
wheel with the Y Block emblem mounted midway on the fender.

Hmmmmnnnnn. Now THAT is a horse of an entirely different color......

Gonna have to call those boys. Problem is....I am a real stickler about tires and buy them for a lot of parameters.....with looks being #3 or 4.....and I will not buy a mediocre tire that looks good.....
Do give them a call, Southern. They routinely use Michelin and Continental tires but I bet they would use any make that you prefer. So far I am very satisfied with mine.

The top for the 007 is Performance White which looks good with quite a few of the other colors.

When I got my new wheels/tires (falkens) I stored my old ones in the garage...they don't take up much room.
I'm happy that I've saved 'em. I live on the coast and the salt air has ruined anything metal, even stored in the garage. So I'm going back to stock very soon.

So the web site seems to say to keep your inflation pressures really high.....like 40 pounds!........do you guys DO that? I assume they are trying to keep the sidewalls from flexing. Sidewall flexing could break the bond of the new white rubber. Sidewall flexing is also how we achieve a nice ride......

Been to Half Moon bay several times Susan. Seems like it is froggy there most of the time......

I've always kept mine at 32 and have never had a problem with the whitewalls.

                            Mr. S,
Before I moved here, I drove 280 (highway) all the time and would see the fog coming in over the hills (Half Moon Bay is on other side of hill) and think, "...who would want to live *there*?" Then when we would come and visit I soon learned that the fog kinda creeps in OVER the town. There's been many times I've driven thru the fog going over the hill only to be greeted with clear skies and sunshine when I got into town.
