We got a very nice certificate suitable for framing when we won the TOTM contest in August 2004. The framed certificate hangs proudly in my arcade room. If certificates are no longer given out, then it could be something that would motivate people to participate.

If anyone decides if TOTM keeps going it will be me. It is a real pain in the as- but I will keep it alive as long as there is interest in it and I get a reasonable amount of entries each month. I now have 5 spots open for Sept. It's up to the members to decide if this TOTM thread stays alive.

I have two of the certificates. One in 2005 and one in 2009.

I never received any of either of my wins.

Margaret discontinued doing the certificates several years ago. I think primarily because several recipients didn't even bother to acknowledge they received them, much less thank her for sending it.

I have 4 hanging in our Thunderbird Hall of Fame. I wish I had one for the other wins.

I could possibly do certificates but only as a pdf file to send to the winner, for them to print out or have printed out. Would have to work out a format first, which wouldn't take too much time since I found my own samples from 3 of some of my past wins.

and Paul, I might? do ones for the past few years but that will depend on my moods and time.

Perhaps I should clarify my comment...I did not receive a certificate for either of my wins, but then I didn't expect one. I am not even sure I knew these certificates were available, and I am not really interested in putting another burden on someone to create them. Dot, while I appreciate your willingness to do this, let me just say I appreciate the calendar you do annually much more than I'd want a certificate. That calendar means more to me - thank you for doing it.

Thanks for the thought. Dot. I wasn't looking to put a burden on anyone, just filling in the blanks of the conversation.

i made those certificates. The original design had space for the two justin kids to sign but they thought someone could steal their identity or clean out their bank accounts if someone had their signature. i stopped making them whwn i got banned.
