For me Its importent that TBN is a great mix of friendship, tips'n trix for our cars and see people with same hobby drive together When Its possible
i wish i could eat lunch in Vegas with the members that meet there :-)
But Its too far from Sweden so i look at the pictures and read about it
this summer i Will see if there is more T-Bird people at the car meetings here

The number who are active, in the sense of participating in posting, has become smaller. Perhaps many have just lost interest.

By the same token I know several folks that have joined in the past few years that attend events, but virtually never post and probably only follow the sight routinely when they are planning to attend an event. For that matter, I also know some long time members that do the same thing.

As far as I'm concerned as long as there are people that want to participate, no matter the number (whether its 10 or 10,000), I'll be doing my best to help keep the lights on around here.

Paul, I'm with you. There ARE times when I get totally Pi-sed off with what is posted sometimes but then I sit back and think of all the good people that benefit from the information that is on TBN. It will be around as long as we can keep it going and I'm still around.

Along this same line of active members I was recently thinking we all put way too much emphasis on the number of members. I see this in the national Tbird club and also in our local chapters. A club can be very successful with as few as 10 active members, maybe even less. you and a friend can constitute a successful club. Long and short of it is "Don't get hung up in the numbers"!

Gentlemen, I do not own a Retro, but I do own a 64 Bird, and I almost check in daily, just to see what is happening.
I throw in my 2 cents randomly, know a few members, but I DO get pleasure just from the comments some throw out to be seen.
It is wonderful, that there is a common interest on a topic or a subject.
Numbers only tell who have come to the party, not who have stayed to have fun.
