I don't know what that is but I'm very sure Ford never put that VIN on ANYTHING, at least not since 1981 when the 17 digit VIN was adopted.

Hi Harry, I just ran across a 2002 Thunderbird on the Hemmings Motor News web site that is for sale in Canada. The car has 10 miles on it and looks new. The funny part is that they show a picture of the VIN number that is unlike any I have seen on a 2002 Thunderbird. Can you make anything out of it? The number is 124379N573544. Could this be special for Canada? I thought all VIN numbers had to be 17 digits from 1981 on up? Thanks for your help.
