Do your requests from Facebook have their build info? Where are they getting it?

Harry it goes without saying if folks copy and paste your info my job is soooooo much easier. Most give me a vin number and since I have no access to info that starts e-mails (usually multiple) back and forth with sometimes great lengths of time between them. Much more difficult.

I ask for colors and options and if they make sense I’ll make a facsimile . As said much more difficult and time consuming than a request with your info included in the request. (The young lady who indignantly advised that “I should be able to get the info from the vin instead of bothering her” is still waiting and will be waiting for a long time.). Harry I still am getting requests for window sticker facsimiles but from The Facebook retro site as well as the OTHER FORUM. Most are giving me just a vin number. Could you put the phrase back in about a window sticker availability when you give folks your info.

I don't know what that is but I'm very sure Ford never put that VIN on ANYTHING, at least not since 1981 when the 17 digit VIN was adopted.
