Thank you - I suspect it means Ford made 28 in that color combination with a metric instrument cluster :-)
I somehow doubt the blue-body/white-hardtop combination to have been that unique.
Makes it feel a bit more special in either case.

In your case it means that your car was one of only 28 that were built by Ford in that configuration.Originally posted by ambitio View PostCould you please help me understand the meaning of "One of: xxx" - in my case One of 28 ?

Pacifico Ford is a huge dealership in Philadelphia. The area does get some flooding but I don’t think it sheds any light on your friend’s problem. Good that he got it for a good price. Hopefully the repair costs will be minimal.Originally posted by steelblue5505 View PostHarry, thank you very much.
Interesting that this car began it's life in Philadelphia & is now in Arizona. The 16 spoke wheels disappeared along it's journey as it now sports the 7 spoke chrome wheels.
Stay healthy!

Hi Harry,
Need some info on a 04 Torch Red ending in 105985
Friend in Arizona just recently acquired it. Bought it for hardly anything. Won't run suspect it was in a flood.
A little history of where the car got its start may help.
Thanks

Probably because of the recall on ALL of the early tbirds for the hydraulic fan issue. Think the recall occurred over the Woodward Dream Cruise weekend. Those early delivered ones probably had to be brought back in for the fix. After that, deliveries didn't start back up until mid to late September as many early TBN members know too well. namely Bill Green, Davida, Lon O'Connell, Joanne... I think Wes was one of those expecting an NM back then, and a couple of others.Originally posted by Quickdraw View Post
Maybe, just maybe.... does he remember what day he picked up his NM? The NM order date was Friday 9/15/2000 and the very first two were delivered to the dealer on August 8, 2001. The very first NM to be picked up from the dealer was 8/16.2001. There must have been a hold on them as I cant see anyone waiting eight days to pick it up.

I will have to ask him. But he doesn't seem to remember much about his car.
