Nope, no known alternative... Bill does these on his own and sometimes processes them in batches. Im sure you will hear from him soon...

Thanks Harry for not really saying that the problem is that Bill is a lazy SOB. Will do all backed up ones today. If not received sent again. Sometimes late but still think every one who requested on got one

You can get a facsimile window sticker for your car (free!). Send the information Harry provides and your full VIN # to Bill at Coat1971@aol.com - enter WINDOW STICKER on the subject line. If that doesn't work, try sending a private message to wcoates here on TBN.
